The prices in the chart are stated per apartment and day. For the rent less than three nights, the price is higher 50 %.
For other period price is negotiable.
Category A4+2: The price specified on the price list is valid only for 4 persons. For an additional person the daily price increases by the price of the additional bed in the appropriate period.
Category A2+1: The price specified on the price list is valid only for 2 persons. For an additional person the daily price increases by the price of the additional bed in the appropriate period.

The Price Includes:
- cleaning
- water, gas and electricity
- change of bed and bath linen at the end of the week for stays of two or more weeks
- TV- optional SAT
- use of barbeque
- car park
- toilette paper, dishwasher, and soaps for the first use
- final cleaning on departure day

Tourist  tax price is 1€ person/day.
